Private communications
Contact details and messages are stored privately using Netlify Database and Netlify Forms for administrator review and response. Notification emails are routed to the administrator’s private mailbox when configured. Email addresses and payment links are never included in the public request board. Approved requests display the company name, request specifications, quantity, destination, and dates.
Do not include sensitive documents, personal contact details, or confidential information in request descriptions intended for publication. Contact the admin using the private form to request correction or deletion of your information. Request listings expire within 90 days or on the requested date. Expiration removes a listing from the public board; it does not automatically delete the private admin record.
Review, fees and payments
Requests are submitted privately. The administrator confirms the calculation basis of the 1% fee and the resulting GBP amount with you before issuing a secure Stripe payment link. Payment is required before approval and publication. Paying the platform fee does not guarantee approval, a charter fixture, a vessel sale, or a commodity trade. Refund arrangements must be agreed with the administrator before payment; contact the admin about rejected or cancelled requests.
Membership costs £20 GBP per month and renews until cancelled. Contact the administrator through the private form to request cancellation or manage your membership. Card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by ShipPulse. Membership does not automatically confer admin privileges or guarantee a transaction.
Public information
Market reports are sourced from public news providers. They may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Public reports are not a licensed live fixture database or verified vessel listings. Admin review does not independently verify buyers, sellers, ship availability, or commercial terms. Conduct your own due diligence. Content is not financial or investment advice.
